Цей фільм про феномен «Ізоляції». Спочатку завод, потім артцентр, потім в'язниця. Саме в цій історичній та хронологічній послідовності і полягає унікальність цього сюжету. Важко знайти що-небудь схоже, де поєдналися б робітничий клас, творча інтелігенція, сучасне мистецтво, олігархи, бандити, кати і жертви. Де б перетнулися політичні події неймовірного масштабу: розвал імперії, створення нової держави, революція і війна. Навіть простий перелік подій вражає. А що вже говорити про людей, які пережили всі ці катаклізми, виживали на кожному зламі історії, знаходили ідеї і можливості почати все з нуля. Важко уявити собі іншу епоху, де це було б можливо. Стільки подій за одне людське життя.

This film tells the story of the phenomenon of "Isolation". First a factory, then an art center, then a prison. The uniqueness of this plot lies in this historical and chronological sequence. It is difficult to find anything similar, where the working class, creative elite, contemporary art, oligarchs, bandits, executioners and victims meet. Where political events of incredible scale intersected: the fall of an empire, the creation of a new state, revolution and war. Even a simple list of events is impressive. And what can we say about the people who survived all these cataclysms, survived every turning point in history, found ideas and opportunities to start everything from scratch. It is difficult to imagine another era in which this would have been possible. So many events in one human life.
